I move over my leads to the Contacts list when they tell me their email - I know it's accurate and their preferred email because it's what they tell me. I'd prefer that the Contacts list uses AI/regex to find the email in the convo and add that, or if there is none, then leave it blank (or just put some option in the settings that you can switch on so the default is empty).

When you scroll down to a conversation and hit enter on a reply, it goes back to the top of the page, and then you have to scroll all the way down again to get to your next "to-do" message

It would be great if instead of using sales nav filter, I can upload my separate CSV file with all the Linkedin profiles that I want to reach.

Imagine appointment setting on a jazz festival or at the beach, in the train or just anywhere. notification with preview of who & campaign they are in. reply function on the notification without opening the app, think WhatsApp.
