yes different Tags would be a great added value .
We need tags for different reasons and in different places with their own respective and unique UI / UX ..
- Status of the Prospect in the Chats. ( imagine A CRM and the functionality within it as tags easily accessible at the user interface + being able to filter conversations on these tags, color codes would help )
- Tagging responses ( = archiving different messages and responses that an appointment setter might find useful to "save" , as to be able to re-engage a prospect )
A tag could be considered in many different ways, imagine a color code tag to add to the prospect :
-Green - booked appointment
-Orange - Is interested
-Red - not interested ( = which means from a sales perspective we have got to define this further, = another set of tag with different variables which imply a reminder / notification for a follow up.. let's say "get in touch with me in 3 weeks' - it would drastically enhance the efficiency of the appointment setting process if we'd be able to set a reminder for a follow up = a tag for time.)
